At DataBadger, we strive to develop, manufacture, and support products which help our users make the best of their data. However, we accept there are sometimes outliers.

Support

Should you be unhappy with any DataBadger products we recommend that you contact our system admins using the form below. Our admins are usually available 10am – 4pm GMT, but during busy periods, can take up to 48 hours to reply. Most issues can be resolved at this stage and we should be able to get you up and running.

Shipping

DataBadger is a UK based company and so our shipping costs currently split into two flat rate zones;

• UK mainland: £3.99 by Royal Mail second class sign for or similar
• Overseas: £18 by international courier

Order cancellation

Prior to shipping, orders maybe cancelled for a full refund either through your user account or by contacting Databadger directly using our contact form or telephone. After, shipping, users can follow our returns procedure below.

Returns

Sometimes things don’t work out, and we understand this. To help you reach you goals faster, we won’t waste your time with complications. We offer the following returns policy and procedure.

Policy

• We accept returns for up to 30 days following receipt of product
• After the 30 day period, return requests are assessed on an individual case basis and are at the discretion of the DataBadger support team
• Users wishing to return a product should contact DataBadger using the form below, making it clear they wish to make a return for refund or exchange
• Returned products should be returned in a good condition within 14 days of RMA issue
• Shipping costs of return are to be covered by the customer
• DataBadger cannot refund outward delivery costs

Procedure

To ease the process of returning a product, here is the return process we aim to follow.

• User to contact DataBadger indicating a return is required
• We will issue an RMA number and provide a return address
• User ships product within 14 days of RMA number receipt
• Following receipt of product and satisfactory inspection, DataBadger will issue a refund
• Refund will be received within 14 days via the original payment method
